Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day delivery for local and UK addresses. Orders from our ‘exclusively tfs’ range are only available to the postcodes and areas listed within that section of our website. All orders are subject to a £4.95 delivery charge.

Sorry, but we are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays with the exception of weddings and corporate events.

We cannot guarantee timed deliveries except for funeral tributes and wedding flower orders.

Please note that the seasonal availability of certain flowers may vary from those shown in the picture. Our team of florists will endeavour to substitute flowers as close to the content as possible therefore maintaining the overall look and value.

Late orders are more likely to be subject to substitution of flower type or colour.

Please note that it is not always possible to deliver "add on" gifts outside our local area and when it is they may differ from our illustrations.

In the event of us not being able to deliver the goods because the recipient is not at home the goods will be either left with a neighbour or returned to the shop.

A card will be left informing the recipient of where the flowers are and with contact details so that the recipient can arrange to either collect the goods or arrange a mutually agreeable time for us to redeliver.
